"Easy refund and replacement process"
I had a problem with my order, but getting it fixed was way easier than I expected. I emailed them, they replied quickly, and the refund was handled without a ton of back-and-forth. I think it only took a couple emails total, which I appreciated because I was expecting forms or some annoying extra steps. They also sent out a replacement after that, and I actually noticed the packaging looked a bit better the second time around. Small thing, but it made me feel like they paid attention. Overall, happy with how they handled it.

"Good advice, even with my bad timing"
I had a good experience with Via Aquarium. I picked a terrible time to finally sort out my tank setup, so I was a little stressed and not totally sure what I needed. They were helpful without being pushy and gave me clear advice that actually made sense. Everything showed up fine, and so far my fish seem happy, so I can’t complain

"My Order Came Exactly How I Placed It"
I ordered a few aquarium supplies from viaaquarium.com, and everything showed up exactly the way I had picked it out on the site. I know that sounds like a basic thing, but with aquarium stuff, even one wrong size or slightly different part can become annoying fast, so I was glad there weren’t any surprises.

Nothing was missing, nothing looked swapped out, and the smaller pieces were actually in the box too, which is what I always check for first. Sometimes those little parts get overlooked or lost in the packing, and then you have to contact customer service over something tiny but still important, so I appreciated that everything was included.
It was a simple order overall, but they got all the details right, and that’s really what I needed. The order matched what I expected, it arrived correctly packed, and I didn’t have to follow up about anything, so I’m happy with it and would order from them again.

"Actually a really solid place for aquarium stuff"
I was just looking around for some new supplies for my tank and, VIA AQUARIUM had way more than I expected. Like... I found fish food, filters, decor, and a bunch of other little things without having to bounce between different sites. The selection was probably what sold me in the end. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I ordered a filter part from Via Aquarium, and the tracking email showed up the next day. The link worked without any hassle, and I could actually see the package moving along, which was nice because I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it was.
The first confirmation email was a little basic, and I did have to dig it out of spam at first. Not a huge deal, though. Overall, the updates were solid, and the package arrived when the tracking said it would, so...

I got all the way to the payment page, but it just didn’t feel very reassuring. I wasn’t seeing much clear info about security, and I also started wondering if some extra fees might pop up after I entered my card details. Maybe everything is totally fine, but it felt a bit sketchy, so I backed out before placing the order

"Most of My Fish Arrived Alive"
I ordered these fish and, overall, most of them made it through shipping just fine. One of them did look weak when it arrived, which was a little disappointing. My experience wasn’t awful, but it also wasn’t amazing, kind of somewhere in the middle.

The shipping was way overpriced. I get that they probably have some policy or set rates they have to follow, but that excuse doesn’t make it any less frustrating when the shipping ends up costing so much

"Easy enough, but kind of annoying to navigate"
I used VIA AQUARIUM to look up the hours and ticket info before heading over, and for the most part it did the job. It loaded fine on my phone, and the menu wasn’t confusing, so I didn’t have any major issues there.
That said, the information felt more scattered than it needed to be. I had to click around a bit more than I wanted just to find basic stuff, which was a little frustrating. I got what I needed eventually, but the site could definitely be more straightforward

The tank looked nicer in the pictures than it did in person. The colors seemed a little off and the size wasn’t quite what I expected, so I was disappointed when it showed up. It’s also one of those things that feels like it works when it wants to, which makes it even more frustrating.

"Prices Felt Too High for What You Get"
I really wanted to like viaaquarium.com, but the prices just didn’t feel worth it to me. A few items caught my eye, but after checking similar stuff on other sites, it seemed like I’d be paying more without getting anything noticeably better.
Once shipping and extra costs were added, it felt even less like a good deal. I also wasn’t super confident that customer service would be much help if something went wrong, which made me hesitate even more. It’s not the worst site, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a serious sale.
